Yesterday we had our Corpus Christi rally in our Parish. Took the Blessed Sacrament from Point A to point B. At point B, we would be given the final blessing and then we would have Holy Mass normally. But yesterday was different. After reaching point B, before the final blessing and mass, we had a praise and worship service, that included remixing and a live performance from the Priest. It was weird.

Is this permitted within the Liturgy of Corpus Christi?

By “live performance” do you mean the Lauda Sion Salvatorem sequence of St. Thomas Aquinas? That’s part of the Corpus Christi mass, although it’s supposed to be proclaimed right before the gospel.

The devotions of Eucharistic processions and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament are not as strictly regulated as the Mass. If what you saw was completely outside the Mass but during the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, then it is conceivable that it was perfectly alright. It really depends on the bishop’s wishes for his diocese. He is the ultimate regulator of liturgy and he would be the one laying down guidelines for such devotions in his diocese.
