Feast or Fast - Feast of the Chair of Saint Peter during Lent

The title says it all - is today a feast day that we should celebrate with feasting or, because it is Lent, is it a day which we should fast and do penance? The big debate for me is that I have given up meat for Lent and I will not eat it if I should not. However, the Feast of the Chair of Saint Peter seems like a pretty big deal in light of the fact that we are an Apostolic Church - so maybe I should celebrate this day with some delicious meat in honor of St. Peter’s office!?!?!?!

Fast unless it’s a Solemnity, and I don’t think it is.
