You’re speaking in circles and becoming very hard to follow.

I think what we are all trying to establish here is why did you ask the question? Is it
  • because you think federal interference is happening here?
  • because you have evidence (like an article or email) that it’s going on here?
  • because you just wanted to gather any information others might have?
 
I agree with Bear… @Bon_Croix is there any particular reason you think ‘the Feds’ care at all about CAF?
 
And again, it is not a question for this forum. Ask the Archdiocese that this Apostolate is in.

Okay, educate us. What powers do these laws give the government, and what protections do they give Catholic Answers?

Um… CA has to file a nonprofit tax return and declare the compensation of key members?

Since you brought up nonprofit, laws and regulations, and Title 26, explain to the rest of us what those mean for Catholic Answers.
