No matter how you feel about mail-in ballots, since when can a judge say that a law that requires disputes with the USPS to go before the Postal Regulatory Commission should be ignored?

Can any judge appropriate money for the USPS to pay overtime?

Can a judge require the USPS to handle mail that was paid for at bulk mail prices to be processed as if it was first class mail? That sounds like an unjust taking from the non-government USPS to me. If the states wanted to get first class treatment, they should have paid first class rates.

Since the USPS started things off by changing policies without going before the Commission. The USPS violated the law to make these changes that harm citizens of the states that filed suit.
