Does anyone have any feedback on “We Believe: A Simple Commentary on the Catechism of Christian Doctrine” by Monsignor A. N. Gilbey?
I would like to give a basic explanation of the Catholic faith to someone very special to me who is starting to consider the Catholic Church. I really don’t want anything to heavy. This is a very gentle person who could easily be scared away by talk of pennance and mortification and such things. I would like something more joyful, hope filled, something that explains the beauty of our faith if that were possible.
