Dear all,
Code:
I feel called to be a youth evanglist, even though I am catholic. I also feel called to be a Fransciscan nun of the renewal. I saw our Lady when I was just merely eight years old. She was beautiful, she had a sheer veil and a white gown under her sky blue robe. Her sash was white. Her lips were coral, and her skin tone was fair to olive complexion with brown hair and amber eyes.
She was beautiful. She said that she wants me to make a Grotto-style shrine of her. I told my mom that I want to make a “Bathtub Mary”

A Mary Garden is a garden, filled with flowers, plants and trees named for Our Lady and Jesus, designed to be a place of beauty that reminds us of our Lord and our Lady, allows one to experience God’s creation, and invites prayer and contemplation. Because Mary is a type of the Church as Bride, the garden should be enclosed if at all possible, based on the words in the fourth chapter of Solomon’s Canticle of Canticles:

How beautiful art thou, my love, how beautiful art thou!:harp: thy eyes are doves’ eyes, besides what is hid within. Thy hair is as flocks of goats, which Come up from mount Galaad. Thy teeth as flocks of sheep, that are shorn which come up from the washing, all with twins, and there is none barren among them. Thy lips are as a scarlet lace: and thy speech sweet. Thy cheeks are as a piece of a pomegranate, besides that which lieth hid within. Thy neck, is as the tower of David, which is built with bulwarks: a thousand bucklers hang upon it, all the armour of valiant men. Thy two breasts like two young roes that are twins, which feed among the lilies. :byzsoc:

Till the day break, and the shadows retire, I will go to the mountain of myrrh, and to the hill of frankincense. Thou art all fair, O my love, and there is not a spot in thee. Come from Libanus, my spouse, come from Libanus, come: thou shalt be crowned from the top of Amana, from the top of Sanir and Hermon, from the dens of the lions, from the mountains of the leopards. Thou hast wounded my heart, my sister, my spouse, thou hast wounded my heart with one of thy eyes, and with one hair of thy neck. How beautiful are thy breasts, my sister, my spouse! thy breasts are more beautiful than wine, and the sweet smell of thy ointments above all aromatical spices.

Thy lips, my spouse, are as a dropping honeycomb, honey and milk are under thy tongue; and the smell of thy garments, as the smell of frankincense. My sister, my spouse, is a garden enclosed, a garden enclosed, a fountain sealed up. Thy plants are a paradise of pomegranates with the fruits of the orchard. Cypress with spikenard. Spikenard and saffron, sweet cane and cinnamon, with all the trees of Libanus, myrrh and aloes with all the chief perfumes. The fountain of gardens: the well of living waters, which run with a strong stream from Libanus. :tissues: ❤️

Arise, O north wind, and come, O south wind, blow through my garden, and let the aromatical spices thereof flow. You guys have know Idea how much I love Mary. Mary is my heavenly mother. I feel called to copy her. When I mean copy her I do not mean to give a virgin birth no one can do that but her. I mean to copy her humility, obedeince, her chasity, her kindness, and motherly love for her son. That is what I feel called to do. I also feel called to convert sinners into catholicism as a nun. :nun2: :crossrc:

So if all can pray for my vocation that would be an honor… Pray for my family that is in Puerto Rico, as well as Florida, and New Jersey, even Colorado, California, and NYC. Pray for them to stick with Jesus always.

Okay I may be religious but I do not want to feel left out why wouldnt you all talk to me? I am just wondering?

I am a nice person. I mean I am a wonderful hispanic girl to talk to. Yes I am happy about my culture there is nothin wrong with that. I feel called to the CFR.

Fr. Andrew Apostoli, CFR, founder of the CFR Sisters, assisted by Br. Jacob Hausman

The Postulants were counting down the days to their investiture at the time, and now, as of yesterday, (Feast of Our Lady Queen of the Angels) they are among the ranks of those who wear “a rope around their dress” - and veils on their shorn heads too.

And yes, it is “for the faith.”

For the faith that God is the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth.

For the faith that Jesus Christ, is His only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under PontiusPilate, He was crucified, died and was buried.

He descended to the dead. On the third day He rose again.

For the faith that He has ascended into heaven,

and is seated at the right hand of the Father.

He will come again to judge the living and the dead.

For the faith in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.

Yes, our four beautiful new Sisters believe, not just in an idea, but in a Person, Jesus Christ. And their faith has grown into a love, and this love has made a response. Please pray for them, that their belief will deepen, that their love will grow and that their “yes” will ever be their response to God’s loving voice.

says Sr. Clare Matthiass, CFR

What could be more beautiful, or more inspiring, than seeing these zealous, joyful, radiant young women lay aside their former lives and all that the world could offer them for a closer following of Jesus?

Each part of their Habit was blessed. Their hair was cut. They were vested and they were given a new name to mark the beginning of a new life.

What does it all mean? Why were these lovely young ladies so eager to have their hair shorn? Why would anyone put on a long-sleeved habit and veil in this heat? What’s the point of changing your name when your parents have given you a perfectly good name to begin with?

The Habit: Our clothes are more than protection from the elements—ask any teenager! Our clothing is an extension or an expression of ourselves. The Habit is gray—subdued and earthy, nothing to draw attention. It is course and sturdy—suitable to work in. It is in the form of a cross—a reminder to ourselves of who we are and what we’re about.

The Cincture: The rope around our waist is rough and simple, reminiscent of what Saint Francis may have actually worn. The three knots symbolize the vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience (no money, no honey, and a boss, as we tell the neighborhood kids who come to our door). Why would a rational human being vow to live a life of total celibacy, poverty (personal and communal), and obedience? There is only one good answer to this question: Jesus Christ. He was poor, He was chaste, and He was obedient. It’s as simple as that. We want to be more like Jesus—literally.

The Rosary: We wear a large wooden rosary on our cincture as a sign of our love and devotion to Our Lady. We pray the rosary communally each night with night prayer. Love of Our Blessed Lady is a hallmark of the Franciscan Family. We know that all graces and blessings come to us from God through Our Lady’s hands and we want very much to stay close to her! We rely on her protection and intercession! :highprayer:

:knight2: :knight2:

The Veil: After the hair is cut (which is an offering to God) the head is covered with a veil from that day forward. Like a bride who is veiled on her wedding day, the Bride of Christ is veiled for her Bridegroom every day. Again, the sign value is firstly for the Sister herself, but also for the rest of the world!

:bounce: :bounce: :byzsoc:

The New Name: Abram became Abraham, Sari became Sarah, Jacob became Israel, Saul became Paul, Simon became Peter. There is a long Biblical history to the name change. When a person had an encounter with God and they were to take on a role in salvation history, often God renamed them. The Annunciation, when the Angel Gabriel calls Mary “Full of Grace,” can be seen as a kind of a “naming.” Even today when a young woman marries, she takes her husband’s name. To mark the beginning of a new life with a new mission and a new intensity, the young religious chooses or is given a new name.

Please pray for the new Sisters as they begin their two year novitiate in preparation for their first profession of vows. May they (and each of us) be like what we look like!

My story is moving I am a new author and willing to teach others about my visions and converting sinners into christians.
:grouphug:

Another thing that I do is I send my prayers to the Jerusalem western wall. Go on google and type in Jerusalem west wall and then you will find a lot of info on how to send your prayers to the last standing wall of the Solomon temple…

Hi,

To answer your question, Yes, I do Catholic youth evangelism, I am a Youth Ministry Coordinator in a Catholic Church. 🙂

I have no idea how to respond to the rest of your message; you are wandering all over the place in incomprehensible half-sentences as if you were writing in your diary. 🤷

Sorry, If I sound all over the place.

I do not mean it. It is just I get so hyped up about Christ that I get lost in my world and just daze about God. 😉

I always pray this:A Prayer to Redeem Lost Time, by St. Teresa of Avila

O my God! Source of all mercy! I acknowledge Your sovereign power. While recalling the wasted years that are past, I believe that You, Lord, can in an instant turn this loss to gain. Miserable as I am, yet I firmly believe that You can do all things. Please restore to me the time lost, giving me Your grace, both now and in the future, that I may appear before You in “wedding garments.” Amen.:yup: :yup:

Prayer to be Said Every Day to Obtain the Graces Necessary for Salvation, by St. Alphonsus
Eternal Father, Thy Son has promised that Thou wilt grant us all the graces which we ask Thee for in His name. In the name, therefore, and by the merits of Jesus Christ, I ask the following graces for myself and for all mankind:

And first, I pray Thee to give me a lively faith in all that the holy Roman Church teaches me. Enlighten me also, that I may know the vanity of the goods of this world, and the immensity of the Infinite Good that Thou art; make me also see the deformity of the sins I have committed, that I may humble myself and detest them as I ought; and, on the other hand, show me how worthy Thou art, by reason of Thy goodness, that I should love Thee with all my heart. Make me know also the love Thou has borne me, that from this day forward I may try to be grateful for so much goodness.

Secondly, give me a firm confidence in Thy mercy of receiving the pardon of my sins, holy perseverance, and, finally, the glory of paradise, through the merits of Jesus Christ and the intercession of Mary.

Thirdly, give me a great love toward Thee, which shall detach me from the love of this world and of myself, so that I may love none other but Thee, and that I may neither do nor desire anything else but what is for Thy glory.

Fourthly, I beg of Thee a perfect resignation to Thy will, in accepting with tranquility sorrows, infirmities, contempt, persecutions, aridity of spirit, loss of property, of esteem, of relations, and every other cross which shall come to me from Thy hands. I offer myself entirely to Thee, that thou mayest do with me, and all that belongs to me, what thou pleasest; do Thou only give me light and strength to do Thy will, and, especially at the hour of death, help me to sacrifice my life to Thee with all the affection I am capable of, in union with the sacrifice which Thy Son Jesus Christ made of His life on the cross of Calvary.

Fifthly, I beg of Thee a great sorrow for my sins, which may make me grieve over them as long as I live, and weep for the insults I have offered Thee, the Sovereign Good, who art worthy of infinite love, and who hast loved me so much.

Sixthly, I pray Thee to give me the spirit of true humility and meekness, that I may accept with peace, and even with joy, all the contempt, ingratitude and ill-treatment that I may receive. At the same time I also pray Thee to give me perfect charity, which shall make me wish well to those who have done evel to me, and to do what good I can, at least by praying, for those who have in any way injured me.

Seventhly, I beg of Thee to give me a love for the virtue of holy mortification, by which I may chastise my rebellious senses, and cross my self-love; at the same time I beg Thee to give me holy purity of body, and the grace to resist all bad temptations, by ever having recourse to Thee and Thy most Holy Mother.

Give me the grace faithfully to obey my spiritual father and all my superiors in all things. Give me an upright intention, that in all I desire and do I may seek only Thy glory, and to please Thee alone. Give me a great confidence in the Passion of Jesus Christ, and in the intercession of Mary Immaculate. Give me a great love toward the most Adorable Sacrament of the Altar, and a tender devotion and love to Thy Holy Mother. Give me, I pray Thee, above all, holy perseverance, and the grace always to pray for it, especially in time of temptation and at the hour of death.

Lastly, I recommend to Thee the holy souls in Purgatory, my relations and benefactors; and in an especial manner I recommend to Thee all those who hate me, or who have in any way offended me; I beg of Thee to render them good for the evil they have done, or may wish to do me. I also recommend to Thee all infidels, heretics, and all poor sinners; give them light and strength to deliver themselves from sin. O, most loving God, make Thyself known and loved by all, but especially by those who have been more ungrateful to Thee than others, so that by Thy goodness I may come one day to sing Thy mercies in paradise; for my hope is in the merits of Thy Blood, and in the patronage of Mary. O Mary, Mother of God, pray to Jesus for me! So I hope; so may it be!👍

I tell non catholics to come home to our faith. Our faith is the only truth, we are the spiritual Israel. God, our Father, created a big and loving family in His Church.

Jesus prays that we are one (John 17:21-23), as He and His father in heaven are one. As brothers and sisters in Christ, we wish to invite you to learn more about our family in faith: a Church filled with beauty, miracles, heroes, history, love and peace.

:newidea: Hey I just think that we all should evangelize about
the Gospel. Protestants, Jehovah Witness, Mormonism, Latter day saints, Fundamentalist, and the like are all bible twisters. They think they got the bible down when they do not! God is not showbiz. The catholic church is thee Church that Jesus founded indeed. So people of non catholic faith STOP YOUR FALLEN WAYS. Come home to CATHOLICISM. I am called to become a nun and a evangelist tooo. By all means Jesus said to Peter on this rock I will built my church and the gates of hades shall not prevail against it. That is proof of the CATHOLIC church… Am I right ya’ll. 😛 :signofcross:

:grouphug: Please everyone that is Catholic save souls save sinners, and please get atheist to convert.

Rosalind Moss’ new community–Daughters of Mary, Mother of Israel’s Hope. Sounds like that might be for you.

Blessings,

another relatively new order with a lot of younger sisters are the Third Order Franciscans in Toronto Ohio, near Steubenville, and they have a specific charism of evangelization and work with youth.

you might strike a chord with your other messages on prayers and meditations on the spirituality forum

as for not responding to your post, quite frankly, I don’t know which part is your question, and which is your personal prayer. do you keep a journal? it sounds as if this would be a very good practice for you and a place to save these thoughts and prayers.

! Does any one believe in my apparitions? Also does anyone think we are in the end times?

I
no i do not believe in your “apparition” because it has not been approved by the Church. Any and all supposed apparitions, locutions, messages etc. must without exception be taken to one’s confessor or spiritual director for discernment. We have been in end times since Jesus ascended into heaven and will be until he comes again, which might be 2 weeks or 2 millenia.

your spiritual director is also the person to talk to about discerning a religious vocation. seeing an apparition is not a prerequisite for religious life, nor is it an indicator of a vocation.

Start ballroom dancing?

No, just kidding… actually it’s simple: Eat 3 sensible meals per day - lots of fruits and vegtables and no fried food or sweets.

Excercise at least one hour every single day. Walking is excellent. Make it a priority. Talk to God while you walk.

You can do it! 👍

God bless you!
