Everyday, we begin anew in our Spiritual growth. Music calms the savage beast. That’s not scriptural. SMILE.
Praise music! Remove yourself from this plain into Praising God. Don’t watch TV. Take a break from depressing, anxious things. Walk in nature. Plant a garden. Keep happy music around.

 
I’m forgetting to suggest going to the doctor. A vitamin D deficiency is nasty. Google it. You could be getting physically ill. God csn handle all but sometimes he wants us to use services here. ??
God, Abba, Your son needs Your attention. Thank you, Father.
