Sending you a hug.
Really, Jesus wasn’t appreciated by so many.
He was sometimes bullied by questions from religious leaders who wanted to catch Him out.
He wept over Jerusalem, over His own nation, because they wouldn’t listen to Him and also hadn’t heeded the prophets,
He was betrayed by His own constant companions of 2 - 3 years, because they were only thinking of their own safety … at the time when He needed them most, during His arrest, flogging ond torture, and in the torment of crucifixion ( except John and the women)
In the Garden when He appealed for prayer and company, His three closest companions just went to sleep.
One of His companions betrayed Him to this torture and death, despite His goodness, His teaching of love, His miracles.
Bullied and betrayed, He still forgave, but His suffering was terrible.
Jesus understands. Walk with Him, talk with Him, rest your head against His heart.
