Do you have liturgical texts available. In Constantinopolitan tradition, the texts make clear her awesome holiness and her veneration by the angels in heaven already at that young age, well before the Annunciation.

@pacloc explained the Orthodox view more accurately than I did. We do not believe she was conceived without sin (the Immaculate Conception), rather that by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and God’s selection of her to be the Ark of the New Covenant she lived a pure life being sanctified by the Lord. We do not deny that God appointed her to certain holiness, but we do not accept the doctrine of the Immaculate Conception.
 
The Orthodox Church agrees with the RCC in the fact that the Holy Virgin Mary did not sin. She and her Son are sinless in different ways however. She had to be purified and sanctified
This is the Catholic perspective, with the stipulation that that sanctification originated at very beginning of her life, at conception.
