Hi,
I made a realization today that a lot of depression and sadness I experience are caused by feeling extremely alone. It doesn’t seem to matter who I am with, what I am doing, or where I am, I always feel extremely alone. I don’t feel close to anyone, even God. I would like to be close to God as possible, and hiopefuly close to some people. But please pray that God helps me with my feelings of being alone and brings me closer to Him. Pray for anyone who suffers extreme loneliness.

Praying that you will know God’s love for you and that you are never alone. Praying that you realize how special you are to God’s plan. Praying that new people will enter your life and help ease the loneliness you feel.
 
I too feel alone. I’ve also dealt with a lot of depression, which has gotten better the last few months. Anyways, from one lonely soul to another. I’m praying for you.

I pray that there would be less loneliness in the world, and that the Christian community would be better and fuller and more able to help people who silently suffer with things like this. Hail Mary.
 
I have been there too. I pray that you may draw closer to God and that He will ease your loneliness and depression.

My heart goes out to you, I can completely relate. I have felt almost suffocated by lonliness to be honest. I ampraying for you and placing you on my Rosary intentions. Even in the darkest moments know Lord Jesus is there with you, holding your hand. x

Dear Gracious and Loving God,

Help me to feel your presence.
My heart aches and I feel so alone.
I miss a human touch, someone to take my hand or give me a hug.
I long for someone to tell me everything will be alright.
Please send your Comforter to me and take this loneliness away.
Help me instead of feeling empty, to feel full of the love you have for me.
Help me to know in my heart and remember that according to your Word; I am never alone because you are with me.
Your love and peace is with me, right now, in this moment. I feel it and I am not alone.

I have been there. This could all be a medical condition affecting your spiritual and emotional health. Whatever it is, it is a call to draw closer to God. READ THE WORD (BIBLE), pray, go to mass and confession, do healthy things and be persistent in your petitions. I will pray for you, I will offer you to pray the rosary. It brought me peace even though I didn’t understand it. Then I realized the Blessed Mother is ever consoling and watching over us.
