I have come to realize how selfish I have been and my behavior has disappointed my common law husband. I have been feeling very depressed and I am scared of loosing my faith. I have been praying for a miracle but still feel lost. please pray so that Frank and I can work on getting back together. I pray that God guides both of us so that we can come together as a family again. I know it is my fault and I am willing to do whatever it takes to have him back. I don’t know what else to do but patiently wait…i’m not a very patient person, so it is unsettling to just sit back. I do feel better when I pray, I get very emotional and cry all the time every day since this happened. All I ask is that I get this last chance to live a peaceful life with a man that I know God put in my life because of his good heart. I do not want to loose that. please help me.

thank you … I pray that he doesn’t give up on me…lord please help me.

Sweetheart,

I’m praying hard for you in your loneliness. I know the pain of a broken relationship; it’s like a death and needs time to grieve.

But please; let me be an elder sister to you and tell you something. You can only be happy in your relationships when you are happy within yourself; otherwise, you bring difficulties into the relationship which do not belong there and only cause hardship.

Grieve, pray, take the time you need. Then dry your eyes and spend a little time on YOU! What causes this impatience? Look into your heart and work out the kind of woman you were born to be. You cannot find the man for you before you know who you are first. Take time to find out.

In the meantime; you’re in my prayers. I’ve been through everything you’re suffering now; except that I was expecting a baby! Take time for you; if you and Frank are in God’s plan for you; nothing could keep you apart. x

Someone talked to you as a sister, let me talk to you as a father since I’m 58. Please include in your prayers that God lead the way, through His Son, Jesus Christ. You speak of a “common law husband” and say you know God put him in your life. If you two make up, he needs to stay wherever he is right now and you need to start from scratch, starting with your biggest problems and then get married in the Church so that God can truly be a factor and blessing in your relationship. Common law marriages are not valid in the Church so God may have put this man in your life, but somewhere, the relationship became a sinful one. You don’t want to repeat the mistake.

I’m sorry you’re lonely and hurting, and hope all is behind you soon.

Lots of blessings to you both. May you indeed change and renew your love for each other.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

†

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

†

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Let me talk to you as a Grandmother. I agree with everything your “father” said. God would NEVER lead you into sin. As your ‘family’, know we are praying for you, God Bless, Memaw

Praying that the Lord may guide you in this matter and grant you and Frank all necessary graces.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!
