Feeling shame about promise

Hi

I hope a member of Clergy may also answer to my question ; I _emphasized text_have not prayed ( i pray LOTH , Rosary every day) since last week as I feel shame as I keep breaking a promise i made to the Holy Mary; I am sad and I think I am not reliable…What shall I do?

Do two things:

1. Pray.
2. Stop making promises to God or to Mary. Clearly it’s not having a good effect if it’s made you stop praying.
