Feeling tired, impotent, weak, and have cloudy judgement. Something’s wrong; I don’t what it is, but it’s affecting my whole life. What’s going on?

Everything’s falling apart, spiraling out of control. Nothing is being done about it. No one cares, no one listens. Why? As I write further, i can’t seem to write well at all. Why is that?

Something isn’t right.

I’m tired of being alone. Nobody wants to help me at all.

It’s frustrating that I’m doing everything alone. What’s the point of being Catholic? What the hell…

Sounds like you need to feel a purpose in your life. Do you have a job? A job frequently give folks a sense of purpose. Do you volunteer anywhere? How is your health?

I know, right? I wish I had more time to enjoy life, but I can’t because of my classes.

Hail Mary,
Full of grace
The Lord is with Thee
Blessed art Thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb,
Jesus
Holy Mary
Mother of God
Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of death,
Amen

Are you eating correctly, sleeping at least 8 hours, getting daily vigorous exercise? I’d suggest, with what you describe, that you attend to the physical first. When I feel cloudy and can’t think right it is usually a blood sugar issue/metabolic imbalance. See your doctor and get on a plan for physical health, then take the next step if that doesn’t improve things.

As long as your not drinking booze…or doing drugs…
It sounds like, to me, that something wonderful could be happening, to you.

The Bible promises a wonderful future. Revelation 21: 3,4. To fully understand this wonderful book from our creator, we need to study it diligently. You will learn that God cares for the depressed souls. You will find comfort in knowing he cares for you and how he intends to end suffering on the earth. Take the next step by contacting Jehovah’s witnesses and ask for a free Bible study. You do not have to join the religion, but you will learn a great deal about the Bible. Or you can contact me and I will conduct a study with you online. brucejlb@sympatico.ca best wishes
