Felix II An Antipope?

In Wikipedia in the article about Pope Felix IV it stated “When regnal number of the Popes began to be used, Antipope Felix II was counted as one of the Popes of that name.” Why would he be counted if he was considered an antipope?
 
Ideally he should not have been counted. However, before there was crowdsourced correction of academic details like this, a few scribes had to make do with limited and sometimes confusing records, and mistakes were made.
