Had been praying daily for ten months for Jesus and Mary to protect me from the evil one. Realized suddenly I had barely if ever thanked them for their protection. So I did, and I felt a sudden peace. My mind stilled completely, and I noticed a sweet sense of love in my room.
Then yesterday, I felt the urge to review the sins of my life. About forty sins in, apologizing to God for each one, I mentioned what was apparently the one He appreciated the apology for most, one sexual and grave in nature, and I felt a gracious presence just in front of me, it came instantly. It had to have known that I would have felt it there. Thank you Jesus.
