Wow, Thanks for posting that! First time I ever saw the Bishop on film. He was later to become a martyr under the Soviets. However did you come across that link?

They were a part of the SSPX, but since June of 2007 they have Canonical Status in the Catholic Church under the Motu Proprio. They have several Eastern Catholic members. (That video was done when they were still SSPX)
 
Actually I think the original video was from some BBC archive material. And yes, the community Papa Stronsay has been canonically reconciled with the Church a few years back.
