It is interesting you use The Bible to “prove” it is the Catholic Church that is the Final Authority and not the Bible?
Nobody has disputed the importance of Scripture.
In the O.T., the only time the temple in Jerusalem was destroyed was when it was neglected or its importance was placed over the worship of God.
…sacred tradition, sacred Scripture, and the teaching authority of the Church, in accord with God’s most wise design, are so linked and joined together that one cannot stand without the others, and that all together and each in its own way under the action of the Holy Spirit contribute effectively to the salvation of souls–Dogmatic Constitution on Divine Revelation
In an age, when few could read, St. John of the Cross wrote about the importance of proclaiming the Gospel message. “The priest reads the Gospel and the people read the priest.”
The stained glass windows on churches were designed to present the Gospel message to those unable to read. Prayers that developed from the laity, such as the rosary, developed in a desire to join the monks as they prayed the psalms daily.
One of the ways that we profess our Faith is by the Sign of the Cross, a sacred tradition passed from generation to generation. We recite the Apostle’s Creed, or the Nicene Creed as a statement of belief. The Nicene Creed is part of the Mass, as well as many non-Catholic services.
Yes, we can point to the First Ecumenical Council of Jerusalem mentioned in Scripture. The Church met at other times throughout its history when confronted with heresies and questions of orthodoxy. Like any Body, we continue to grow in our understanding of what Christ taught.
Because we “submit to apostolic teaching,” there is no need for each individual to try to interpret Scripture for ourselves.
Every Mass contains two parts. The first part is the Liturgy of the Word, in which we hear God’s Word proclaimed. We hear the Scripture passages read aloud, including at least one O.T. reading, a psalm, plus a Gospel reading. The Mass is outside of time. We join the Communion of Saints as we return to Calvary. “Do this in remembrance of me.” See John Ch. 6 for the Discourse on Life.
You search the Scriptures, because you think you have eternal life through them, even they testify on my behalf. But you do not want to come to me to have life. [John 6:39-40]
