I feel i have reached final impenitence? I cant feel sorrow for my sins,
Feelings are an important part of being a healthy human, but rational will is far far more important. Please don’t despair if you lack such feelings but willfully reject your sins and will (even without any emotion) not to have committed them.

With that said, I do not want to imply feelings are worthless. They ought to be cultivated as best as one can. Things that can help cultivate the feelings,or at least strengthen your will, are penance, fasting, prayer, meditation and the Sacraments. Acts of charity (and that is definitely not limited to ‘community service’) are especially helpful.
and i still cant believe in God. I know the bible is true but i feel i am hardened
If you ‘know’ the bible is true, then you ‘believe’ in God. Belief lies more in an act of the rational will than an emotional feeling of certitude. Again, same thing, emotions are important and you are right to want the right ones, but the rational will is the far more important thing, and you clearly have not lost that thanks to God’s Grace. Sometimes God can feel very very absent from reality, but you hold onto faith despite it.

Hope that helps!

The fact that you’re typing this demonstrates that you haven’t reached final impenitence for two reasons:
  1. Your post demonstrates eloquently that you’re concerned about not loving God or even believing in Him. There’s no way that could be impenitent to begin with. If you were truly impenitent, it wouldn’t bother you in the least either way. The fact that you sound agitated over your sins (and acknowledge them to be such) shows that you at least have the desire to feel sorrow.
  2. You’re able to type this. The “final” in final impenitence is impenitence till death. You have to actually die impenitent to commit that sin.
And like I said above, you sound concerned, and want to be in God’s love. That’s a great head-start on “breaking your heart of stone,” which I suspect may be a bit more fleshy than you realize. 👍

Try meditating in front of a crucifix. Remember that the corpus there, representing Jesus’ – GOD’S body, is there not as an random act of violence, but a deliberate act of love. He CHOSE to hang there for three hours and to die after having bled out every drop of His precious blood, not merely to atone for our sins (one drop of His blood could have done that) but to open up the vast infinity of His merciful love to us. There is nothing, nothing we could ever do that would make Him stop loving us. We, true, can turn away, but there is always a road back to Him right up to that last breath. He loves us that much, that He waits patiently for us, and never ceases to call us to Him.

Dying, He destroyed our death, rising He restored our life. 🙂

You may want to understand why you feel the way you do.
Why the sorrows? Aim to feel the joy.
Your heart may already be broken; it may be frozen and in need of melting.
Sometimes people feel empty because they don’t feel what they think they are supposed to.
Let’s say one feels glad rather than bad; it is important to know oneself, to grow.
I can’t guess what the problem might be; it is yours to discover.
It helps to talk about these things to a person face to face.

How can you believe the Bible is true and not believe in God? Doesn’t believing the Bible is speaking true necessitate that you also believe in the God presented as true in that Bible? I am not attacking you but I want to understand where you are coming from better before answering your question since I am not quite understanding that point.

All you need to do is be open to God, and try to do the decent thing. It is up to God to show you His graces, when and how He choses.

If you honestly can’t believe- faith is also a gift from God. If He hasn’t given you so many graces, then all the more can you count on His clemency on that final Day of Judgment.

Pray to Mary for faith, pray the Rosary daily, study the Catholic religion and get to the traditional Mass. God bless you.
