Finding God's plan for my life

I am completely lost in that I can’t figure out what to do with the rest of my life. I’m taking college courses and they told me that I need to find a major very soon! I am completely clueless as to what God wants from me. I want to fulfill his plan for me, but i just cant figure out what that is exactly. Please pray for all of those who are in the same situation as myself. I know personally that it is very difficult!

God, please help us find and choose Your path!
 
In a similar situation here. I know the difficulty you’re having. You’re in my prayers today.

I feel stagnant myself. Praying for wisdom, obedience to sit and be still so to hear what he (God) wants me/us to do.

Lord your child Dollbaby needs your guidance in declaring a major and in finding the path you want Dollbaby to follow . O my God! I offer Thee all my actions of this day for the intentions and for the glory of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. I desire to sanctify every beat of my heart, my every thought, my simplest works, by uniting them to Its infinite merits; and I wish to make reparation for my sins by casting them into the furnace of Its Merciful Love.

O my God! I ask of Thee for myself and for those whom I hold dear & Dollbaby, the grace to fulfill perfectly Thy Holy Will, to accept for love of Thee the joys and sorrows of this passing life, so that we may one day be united together in heaven for all Eternity.

Prayers for all the discerning - especially to St Joseph, patron of workers, for help that you all find the right career for you.

Have you tried talking with your school’s careers counsellor about it? They may be able to point you in the right direction.
 
I will keep you in my prayers too.
(what are your gifts and talents, what are you most interested in that relates to what you have taken so far, ask others who know you well and as another poster said, talk to your counselor at School and talk to your Pastor/confessor, etc…)
 
God please help this person to figure out what to do with the rest of my life. Help this person to make the right choices for her college education. Let Your will be done in this willing heart and life.

Praying for the Holy Spirit to guide you. My advice would be to pursue something where you have interests and would enjoy doing. I wish you well.
 
What is the gift, talent or thing, that you can do for long periods of time and not get bored? For example, people that love to talk and relate easily to others, can go into communications or pshycology, and we can sure use more catholics in those platforms. If you are a Mother Teresa and love to help others, then a social worker or other careers that would allow you to travel and help others in need around the world. These are only examples, now ask yourself…What is it that I just sooo love to do and time flies by and I do not even notice? Pray to the Lord to guide you, go ahead and take an initiative, don’t worry if you go the wrong way, the Lord will redirect you on the correct path.

God bless you and dream great and big for yourself, for the Lord your God has greater plans for us, than we can ever imagine.👍 Look at Mother Angelica, a little girl that came from a divorced low income family, became a nun, and that little nun started a little communications co. with little knowledge of what she was doing, but with a whole lot of trust in the Lord. Now the world has EWTN!!! Never look at what you are missing, look at all the possibilities ahead, for the Lord will take care of everything else…Have fun!!!
