I am a married woman with a teenage boy. I work a full time job. How do you balance family time/work to be able to Pray the Rosary and reading scripture.

The prayer part I can answer. Prayer involves inward attention to God, and can be done at the same time as we are doing our regular life activities, like walking to the restroom, filling out a form, or cooking dinner. It takes some effort, but we must remember that the Holy Spirit fills in where we are lacking, so the prayer will be “enough”, don’t worry!
In any life, there is time for prayer, even if you can’t devote a long stretch of time just to praying. It is helpful, though, for us to set aside particular moments that serve to keep us in line, like right when we wake up to turn our mind to God in prayer (it can really help if it is memorized, so you aren’t burdened with being creative at 5 am), or right before bed, or before meals. This helps there be a regular return of our mind to God. It makes it much harder to forget about him for an entire day. Our life should also express our commitment to God in how we live, in what we choose to do, etc. Praying helps this happen. (I’m not too good at this myself…I’m just passing along some ideas here…)There are various ways you can go to set up a regular method to read some scripture. Pick any of them. You can read the gospel that will be read at daily mass, or you can find a shorter text. Even a few lines, if they come from an area of the bible that you connect with, will work. Maybe near the start of the day is a good idea, so that you can think again about what you read at a later moment in the day. Don’t discount the idea of only devoting five minutes per day to start if that is all the time you seem to have. Or, try utilizing the time you spend driving to work each day (many find that good for the rosary). Anyway, you get the idea.
