I’ve got a Baronius Knox and its very nice. Yes it’s bonded leather, but it’s avery high grade of bondo, not the typical stuff. It’s nicer than my genuine leather Confraternity NT. It’s not premium, but it’s the best out there currently.
The best out there IMHO is the Jerusalem Bible of 1966 bound in full french morocco leather. This Bible is very scarce however. The more commonly found bonded leather version looks very similar. But even they are pretty hard to find.

Easton Press currently has a Haydock Bible in full leather. I haven’t seen it in person, but it looks very well done. I checked with them and it appears to be the unabridged Haydock Bible.
