Dear brothers and sisters in Christ please join me in prayer for the community of The Brothers and Sisters of Charity. This community is led by John Michael Talbot a Roman Catholic monk.

Thankfully, it appears that no one was injured. Still, prayers for the recovery and for coping with the losses.

I have also read a few books by J.M.T. I am very sad at this news and pray for the safety of all and the ability to rebuild.

I don’t think he is a monk though. I thought I read that he was a third order franciscan that lived in the community. I could have a bad memory though
