If you don’t have a firm purpose of amendment for one sin in confession, but you do with all the rest of the sins, is your whole confession erased or are you just not forgiven for the one sin you didn’t have a firm purpose of amendment for?
What happens when you withold a mortal sin from confession? Is the whole confession erased? If so, What are you supposed to do about not remembering the other sins you confessed.
What if I was in debate whether something was a mortal sin or not. I may have been leaning towards saying it was a mortal sin, but found reasons to try and justify it not being a mortal sin for myself.
