First Communion Mass?

Can anyone go to a Mass that is for children making their First Communion? I want to go to my first TLM that is a high Mass at 12:30 but it said it is for children making their first communion called Quasimodo Sunday.

Can anyone go or is it just for them and their families?

I need an answer ASAP please.
 
Anyone can come, but it won’t really give you an idea of how a TLM usually is since the parents will probably be taking pictures.
