First Divine Liturgy

I went to the Divine Liturgy for the first time last weekend and it was amazing. The church I went to belongs to the Ruthenian Eparchy of Parma. I was surprised at the amount of "Lord have mercy"s and I did not study the liturgy much before so it was pretty foreign to me, but it was very very reverent. Anyway, I guess I just wanted to post to express my love for the Universality of the Church and I pray with our Holy Father that the Eastern Catholic Churches and their venerable traditions may be known and esteemed as a spiritual treasure for the whole Church.
