First friday devotion

Hello all,

I have a quick question about first friday devotions. My parish usually has 7pm mass for this reason and we have Eucharistic vigil afterwards. This week I probably won’t be able to attend. Do you think that attending the morning mass will fulfill the devotion conditions?

I certainly hope so, why wouldn’t it, if it’s on Friday? 🙂 I am also planning to attend a 7:30 AM Mass.

Thanks. That makes sense. 🙂 I guess I got confused since there is always a special mass that day in my parish.
 
But you must remember that to fulful the First Friday devotion, you must not only attend Mass, you must receive Holy Communion.
 
Would the First Friday Devotion be fufilled by going to an evening Mass if the Mass is a vigil for the Feasr of the Immucalte Conception?
