What is the importance of First Friday? I understand it is dedicated to Sacred Heart of Jesus.

I think there is more to it, historically; than what I’m going to add.

Not many Church’s have Perpetual Adoration, and the First Friday is a time (at least in our Church) when we have Adoration of the Eucharist from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
