As an Eastern rite Christian Catholic, it was an excellent experience and I encourage all Catholics to attend one!
They booklets they handed out were “The Mass of Vatican 2” and it had quotations from various documents explaining how this was the way the Fathers of the Council of Vatican 2 intended. I have been a NO mass plenty of times w/ no latin and this, IMO, is much more reverent and liturgically sound.
