Is the Divine Liturgy of St Hippolytus of Rome considered the first Mass? I know the Mass was first in Greek and then Latin and this liturgy predates that of St Gregory the Great. Any answers?

Technically, the Last Supper is considered the first Mass.

No, what Hippolytus describes is probably best seen as the normal form of Liturgy (the term Mass would be anachronistic here since it comes from the Latin dismissal Ite missa est that would not be present for another 300 years or so) in Rome in the 2nd century. The earliest forms of Liturgy were probably celebrated as St. Paul mentions: agape meals where there was a dinner, readings, preaching and then the Eucharist.
