From what I understand he initially converted to Nation of Islam and then joined a more mainstream form of Islam. Not uncommon for Moslems in the African-American community.

The NOI believes in Flying Saucer Men who will “take them up” some day and then destroy all the White Devils.
I am unsure if “mainstream” Muslims accept them or not.

I believe that the Southern Poverty Law Center has added them to their monitoring list of hate groups (black separatists). That’s even worse.

Guys come on now, flaming each other isn’t going to rectify the situation. We are living in the time of Christ’s promise. We do not have to fear becuase of this single statement.

So by your logic then both the bible and Christianity is evil as a whole, cause lets face it, Christians have slaughtered millions in the name of Christ. Including children.

As for the bible, there is verses that command complisency or death.

So with your definition, everything is evil as well. Interesting…

Ok lets fix my wording, hating other human beings is evil…

God can be angery if He wants, you cant consider man and God on the same playing field, at least I beleive that God is above humans and His actions are different from ours and their justifications. So for man to be angry is evil…

Demons go to hell because they chose to, simplest answer in the world, they chose to follow satan, they didn’t wan’t forgiveness, God gives forgiveness to those who want it. Again I’m talking on the level of human beings and what is amongst us, not God and what He does, even though he says himself He will forgive those who seek it, as we are not gods and can’t use him to compare to ourselves…

You have a disturbing interest in turning anything I say around to fit your agenda, you should go into politics, unfortunately it doesn’t help you win any arguements or make a point.

Islam in it’s seft is not evil, but what man does with that religion makes it evil. Islam is wrong but not evil on it’s own. There is a line between standing against something and completely offensively attacking.
 
Wow this thread has derailed from the OP, I had completely forgot the subject. We can argue forever and I can promise my views wont change and probably neither will yours, so lets focus back if we can. Thank you my friends.

Sorry, but when a religion has fundamental teachings that are intrinsically evil, that makes the religion itself evil.
 
Thank you for this thread. The truth will set us free. As long as we can see the differences and know which one is evil and which one isn’t we are ok. But what about the ones who really do not know what is evil? It then becomes a matter of the majority rules-a matter of numbers. It gives me nausea when I think of becoming a Pharosee without even knowing it.

Polygamy is accepted as completely moral, and divorce is allowed as often as the husband likes.

The Quran expressly prohibits the Muslim from making friends with non-muslims.

Are those not “evil” enough?

Don’t get me wrong, most Muslims still don’t even come close to following their religion to the letter. Thank God.
