First Reconciliation

My child is having her first reconciliation retreat and it is followed with a break for lunch and then making her first confession. I know for her first communion she will wear the appropriate white dress and veil, but are there requirements for her dress appearance for first confession? I tried recalling mine, but I was in catholic grade school at the time and they pulled us out of class to make our confessions, so we were in our uniforms. Thanks in advance for the help!
 
We tell our parents that kids should wear “church clothes” for first reconciliation. Not play clothes not a suit…just something decent and repectful.

Same in my parish… but if you happen to have sack cloth and ashes… 😉
