Dear Brothers and Sisters,
How beautiful a reminder for us – that these two events: First Saturday, and Oct 7 - Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary coincide today!! Perhaps, even more, that they fall on the same day in the 100th Anniversary Year of Mary’s Apparitions at Fatima, as well. They give us every reason to make today a very special day of devotion to Jesus, through our Mother Mary, and a special day to thank God for all the marvels He has done and continues to do through her.
The Rosary is very significant in the Fatima Message, since Our Lady asked the children to pray the Rosary Daily. Hopefully, many more Catholics are taking up their Rosaries during this Year and this Month and on this Feast to honor Our Lady and with faith trusting in the Love of God who honors His Mother so highly that her Immaculate Heart will triumph one day because of His Love.
If you are able to participate at Mass and receive Holy Communion in reparation to the Immaculate Heart, I hope you will. If it is impossible, please let us pray our Rosaries with added attention and devotion and offer them to our Mother with all the Love in our hearts.
