First thing in the morning, how do you pray?

I pray with lots of grumbling.
Wake up. Wallow in irritation for 5 minutes. Turn the overhead light on so that there is no doubt sleep is over.
Get my wife’s coffee and put it on her prayer table. Grumble about something.
Spend time with her in front of the home altar.
Recite psalm 63
Recite the Litany of Humility and wonder when it will take hold
Go through the day’s Gospel and have a conversation with the wife about whatever concerns are going on and how the Gospel dovetails with it.
Listen to something from Bp Barron.
Listen to the USCCB commentary on the day’s Gospel.

Deceive myself that if I sit praying longer, the mandate to exercise will disappear.
Get up, grumble some more, go to the gym.

Is this catechism from before vatican II? I have a catechism but its green. Is there a difference?
The Baltimore Catechism was first published in 1885, ordered by the Third Council of Baltimore and based on the catechism of St. Robert Bellarmine.

The green one was promulgated by Pope St. John Paul II, originally published in 1992. The green one will have current Church teaching that hadn’t been addressed previous to the publishing date. It’s format is more like a civil code book, rather than Q&A catechisms (like Baltimore I believe) or the Catechism of the Council of Trent, which is written like a normal book.
