The Baptists I know certainly have themselves baptised as adults without exception - I never asked, but I presume it’s something they all do because they believe it to be necessary for salvation, at least for adults.

I was joking guys. I went to a Southern Baptist church growing up as well. But I never knew about their once saved always saved theology. But looking back it makes sense by the way they acted so much like cradle Catholics that acted like they could sin and just go to confession, as if that really worked.
The baptists I saw that became part of a major non-denominational mega church here consisted of about 40% fallen away Catholics and the remainder seemed to be baptist. After we had placed membership there, not realizing all of their beliefs we witnessed many of them baptizing people incorrectly “In the name of Jesus” and stuff like that. They did not use the trinitarian formula required for baptism. Those that have been mislead to this heresy are in God’s hands and we must continue to pray for God’s Divine Mercy to cover them. I do, since I have many non-denoms in my family and my wife’s family. Lot’s of Baptists too.
