Well, actually, no. Even the Dominicans don’t agree with that initial statement. And the prayers have changed over time.

So, do you agree with the way the Hail Mary is said when praying the Rosary with the Flame of Love version or to say it that way all the time. Just curious…
 
No. BTDT by some Lord’s Prayer people. “for thine is the …”.

If it did not have a nihil obstat, I would suspect a sycophantic motive.

It seems to me that it is already implied in the prayer by her association, and asks for what she already promised. She obtains for us the grace, it does not originate from her.
