Does anyone here know of a good source for “liturgical folders” (not binders)? I’m looking for something to hold the list of Mass intentions and after-Mass announcements. I found the following which seem nice enough, but I would prefer something a bit more traditional and $31.40/each seems to be non-warranted:

We use those. We’ve had them ever since I have been a reader – 7 years. They are showing no signs of wear. Worth the $$.

Really? Well, that’s good feed-back. Thanks. I am so darned tired of those two pieces of paper getting lost maybe I’ll spring for one.

Still, $31+ for a folder? 😉

Well it’s “church stuff.” That means an automatic 300% markup. Go to Bloomingdales and buy a silver bowl: $29. Go to a church supply place for a lavabo basin: $90.

Liturgical Press has them for less. I last paid about $19 a piece for ours.

We use a regular 1" binder and a couple of ladies made some cloth covers for it that match the liturgical season.

A couple of dollars for the binder and a couple more each for the covers… and they are washable too. Looks great, more versatile,
and cheaper then what you might be looking at.

Basic Leather presentation folders range from 15 to 60… and that’s essentially what you’re looking at.

Do you have another source for them?
Just run a search for “Leather Presentation Folders”

I have bought them locally at office supply stores. They won’t have the cross on them, however $4.95 for a short can of gold Krylon and a carefully rubber cemented down stencil…

I have never seen such a folder at a office supply store. I guess that’s why they get $31.40 for one.
