Food allergies, fat, and frustrated

I am allergic to wheat but due to fatigue and a crazy life (anxious husband, weird insane family problems) I’ve been eating for comfort.

I’m INSANELY allergic to nuts so I avoid those, but why don’t I avoid wheat then? I’m super allergic to it as well.

Can you pray that I can be better about avoiding my food allergies, that I can kick the chip habit and try to drop some weight? I’ll be chunky forever but I want to be LESS chunky lol.

Also can you pray that my husband’s appointment goes well next week? ANOTHER doctor has to verify about his anxiety…:confused::mad: AHHHH!

Praying for you, as I’ve done for myself (as an emotional eater also)

Lord, help me to see food as nutrition and sustenance and not an answer for any emotional issues I might have … let me remember You are all I need.

Have you tried a Paleo diet? A lot of people feel much better after giving up grains. They are nothing like they consumed back then.
