Holding a grudge is letting someone live rent-free in your head!
 
This is so true given our very limited mental energy. Holding a grudge drains our mental/spiritual energy to the point of exhaustion as we experience uncontrollable anger and hostility.

What is the punishment for sin? ANSWER: The sin itself!
