At my Church at Holy week we have the washing of the feet,
Do all Catholic Churchs have a feetwasahing during Holy week or just a few

I’ve seen it at all the Holy Thursdays I’ve attended.

its a reqired part of the holy thursday liturgy. like the lighting of the easter candle at the vigil or the introductory song ath the midnight christmass mass

It comes from John’s Gospel where Jesus washed the feet of the Apostles.

I believe its a reminder that we must serve others in order to glorify God. The whole, “First shall be last, and last shall be first” thing.
