Nick started his first round of chemo today. 3 days in the hospital again. and they are saying it could take 6 months of therapy to fix his double vision. so it sounds like he won’t be going back to school this year. he has talked with the school tho, and since he has taken AP courses right along they said he only needs two credits to graduate this year 👍 so the school is going to work with him so that he can graduate with his class. and they are finding out that there is a lot of scholarship money for kids that have had brain surgery so optimistic/postive Nick said he feels that something good will come of all this.

hi all,
nick has gone thru a double round of chemo.
tomorrow he is going to have an MRI, if the tumor rememants have shrunk enough, then radiation will be the last major step in this journey.
please say a few more prayers that this scenario is true.

his double vision is improving.
he is studying for his remaining high school credits at home.
and he is applying for a scholarship exclusively for children with brain tumors.

and happily this struggle is pulling the family closer to God. 🙂

Gosh! You are going through alot with your son. I am praying very hard that Our Lord will heal your son completely. He must be so brave (your son). It is truly a blessing that all of this has brought your family closer together! Your family will be in my rosary today! God bless you and have a Blessed Easter!

You were favoured with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of the sick whom we entrust to you.

good news.
nick had his MRI last week. he has been cleared for radiation now.
he’s on the home stretch now.
thank you lord!
