For a boy who may be a sociopath and his classmates

Sadly, no. It sounds more like brainwashing than bullying.

Look, even if I had all the information, I couldn’t share it with my friends, let alone on a public forum. And I don’t have all the facts.

I have no power in this situation, except to pray for Sebastian (not his real name…probably 🤷). And so I am praying and asking others to pray as well.

Let’s storm heaven and beg God for a miraculous intervention!
 
I said I’d pray, yes.
But if your friend has direct knowledge…he or she should go to Child Protective Services.
They have a duty to report.
God bless you.
 
Will offer this in my intentions before the Blessed Sacrament tonight.
