His name is Rodney, and he is a life-long faithful and a very good man who has been diagnosed with “probable” stage 4 lung cancer. He is very weak, and down. It is seems to be growing quickly.

God bless you for your prayers. I always feel supported here. No need to respond in writing.
 
Praying for a good outcome for Rodney. Dear Lord please take your good servant Rodney into your special care and help and strengthen him. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Holy Mary, St. Joseph, St. Padre Pio and St. Peregrine please intercede. Thank you. Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle
God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Rodney). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk. You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Rodney’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Prayer to St. Anthony for Those With Cancer

Dear St. Anthony, you recognized Our Lord Jesus as the Divine Healer. In your goodness and kindness, please intercede for Rodney, who is suffering from cancer. If it is God’s will, may the gift of healing be granted to him. Comfort him during times of unbearable pain, and ask our Lord to grant him peace and patience in suffering. May God give him the fullness of life here on earth. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

Thank you for all your prayers, everyone. I sent some of your prayers to him, and I told him that there have been many praying for him. He is encouraged by all the prayers. Thank you.

He is in the hospital, deciding whether to start chemo. The doctor says he has only months to live. We want to go visit him in OC but my wife and I both have compromised lungs, and we are trying to keep our distance from everything.

Hi everyone. I thank you for all your prayers for my father-in-law. He went to be with the Lord last night.

Please pray for all of us who love him, his cancer took him very quickly.

It is great to be part of this community of love and support. God bless the people who run the CAF.
