For a friend just reverted to the Catholic Faith

Please join me in prayer for a very dear friend. He recently reverted to Catholicism after a lifetime far from the Church and a still ongoing struggle with very serious health issues. Please pray that my friend will find consolation, acceptance and peace in the Church, also please pray that he will be able to face with patience the possible backlashes that such a controversial reversion will bring in the circles of his friends and family.

Loving and merciful God, please hear our prayers for this friend who recently returned to the Church
Bless him with spiritual guidance and with welcome by his fallow Catholics.
Please deepen his faith and devotion, regardless of the reactions of those in his life who may not understand his choice to return. Please bless his family and friends with respect of him in his return to the Sacraments.
Please bless and protect his health of body, mind, and soul, as he lives in Your love and Your truth.
 
Lord please bless our once lost brother and welcome him back. Allow him to grow in Christ and help others by spreading the good news of your word. In your name, Jesus amen!
 
Lord, I pray for the healing of aroosi’s friend; please guide him continuously in his journey towards spiritual perfection and give him peace and strength to better deal with the backlashes of his reversion, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
 
Dear Lord, in the challenges that aroosi’s friend faces in returning to the Church, please flood Your graces for courage, faith, and faithfulness, and for welcome.
