For a friend waiting for a diagnosis

For a very dear friend of mine. In the last few months her health deteriorated quickly but doctors can not get a sure diagnosis. She is going from one doctor to an other doctor but there is no improvement and now she is getting very depressed. She is also living by herself and her family is far away so she is struggling a lot and is very worried about her future. Please keep her in your prayers and also pray for me and my family to find a way to support her as best as we can in this difficult time. Thank you!
 
I’m praying. May God heal her and may He help you support her.

Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege accorded to you of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, in particular (aroosi’s friend, and that I may bless God with you and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise you, O Blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to you. Prayer for the Sick

God of mercy and miracles,
we pray today for those who are ill.
Some are terminally ill,
some are seriously ill,
some are temporarily ill,
and some are mysteriously ill,
but they all need a sense of Your presence
and an experience of Your powerful healing touch.

We ask that pain may be eased,
that wounds may be healed,
that fear may be overcome,
that recovery may be swift and complete,
that the entire experience may be one
that strengthens faith
and encourages them to walk humbly with You.

We ask that cures may be found
for diseases that are still a mystery;
we pray that wisdom and insight
may be given to those who toil in the laboratory;
we pray that all of us may be responsible
in the care that we give to our minds and bodies.

We pray for Doctors who diagnose and prescribe;
we pray for families who stand by
and provide comfort and support.
We are grateful for all these human means
by which You work Your miracles of healing.

Oh Blessed Father St. Dominic, holy priest of God, beloved Confessor, renowned preacher, man of the Lord’s own choosing: In your day you were pleasing and beloved of the Lord above all others-glorious in your life, teaching, and miracles. We rejoice to have you as our gracious advocate before the Lord God.

I cry to you from the depths of this vale of tears, because I venerate you, among all the saintly elect of God, with particular devotion. Merciful Father, help, I pray, my sinful soul, so destitute of all grace and virtue, so covered with the stains of many sins and vices.

After the Blessed Queen of virgins, you are my sweet hope and solace — before all other saints. You are my special refuge; bend favorably to help me. You are the one to whom I fly. You alone do I dare approach. I put myself at your feet, I invoke you as my patron, I implore and devoutly commend myself to you. I ask you, kindly and favorably receive, keep, protect, and help me. May I thereby merit receiving from God, through your intercession, the grace I desire, finding mercy, and salvation’s remedy now and hereafter.

Dear Jesus, please guide this person to the right doctor who can provide a decent diagnosis. Please grant wisdom and enlightenment to the medical professionals looking at this case, so they can help this person with their health and to move forward with life. Please also relieve the stress and worry the patient must be feeling out of frustration in their attempts to get a decent diagnosis. Jesus, I have confidence you can sort this out quickly before this person loses hope. Please help them. In Your name I humbly pray. Amen.
