For a friend who gave good counsel

There is a lot of information and opportunity finding its way to me over the past couple of days, relating to a bad situation which I did not precipitate - I even warned against its root cause - and yet I bear some responsibility to act because of my education and gifts. I’ve been unsure how best to proceed. Please pray for the friend who gave me good counsel today, and for all who listen, understand, and offer their experience and wisdom to their friends.

*Lord Jesus, thank you for good friends, and for sending us experiences which equip us to advise each other. Thank you for the gift of wise, timely counsel. Please help me to be the kind of friend I have. *

Lord, hear our prayer!
 
Our Father, Who art in heaven
Hallowed be Thy Name;
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace.
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.

Praying for our friends and those that spend time listening and sharing their words of wisdom with us.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Like refreshing snow in harvest is a
friends counsel.

Thank You Lord for friends who care
enough to stop and hear our concerns
and prayerfully give us counsel.
