For a friend's Dad, close to death

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

May I please ask you to pray for a friend of mine whose Dad “Reg” is close to death from multiple causes. I promised I would post this request on the Prayer Forum here at CAF.

May the Holy Family enfold my friend and his Dad and his Mother and the entire family in God’s Love. May Mary our mother who faithfully interecedes for us now and at the hour of our death, share with them the Peace of her Son.

Praying for Reg to have peace & comfort as he awaits God’s embrace.
 
Praying for Reg for peaceful and pain free final days. May God comfort the entire family during this time.

I offer the Dad and the family these words of Jesus; “Do not be afraid…”

Thanks joey, a priori, Mary, tawny and all who have prayed for my friend’s Dad, “Reg” and the family. I’m sure they are feeling the effects of all the prayers. Prayers enable those who suffer to be comforted and strengthened by the Body of Christ building itself up in love.
 
My dear patron Fathers, please pray for this man and family. May he have a holy, peaceful death as you gave to my Papa.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Thank you all so very much for all your prayers. I have not heard anything from my friend as yet, but if I do I’ll share any news with you. I’m sure he, his Dad and family are gratefully receiving the fruits of all your prayers for them.
