My friend gave birth to her first child yesterday. It’s a girl.
There were some problems during labor so the child is now in neonatal ICU. Please pray for her and her family.
 
Lord, watch over the newborn girl and keep her safe from all harm. Comfort her family and guide those who watch over her treatment. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

Keeping this baby in daily prayer…and also the mother and family …
 
Thank you all for your prayers, I am certain the Lord hears us!
The mother spent ten minutes today with the baby, had a chance to hold her hand for the first time over the window of the incubator.
The baby’s name is Mary, btw.
 
Father, we see the miracles of life
that you have so graciously given us.
We thank you for these little babies.
We ask that you guide the doctors
and nurses as they care for this little
one. We ask this in the name of Jesus.
AMEN
 
Lord, we offer thanks and praise to you for the life of this tiny child! May you watch over little Mary, and keep her safe from harm. Stay near to her Lord, that your love for her may strengthen her, and she may grow to sing your praises! Bring comfort to her Mother Lord, as she longs to hold her child in her loving arms. May she look to you with profound faith, and loving devotion, and in knowing you are with them, may she feel peace in her heart.
