My uncle fell victim to a stroke three weeks ago. He is 49. IIRC, it wasn’t anything cholesterol related - there was something wrong with one of his blood vessels. I don’t remember exactly what. He has been doing well recently, he’s mobile, he’s able to speak(although it is slightly distorted) and he’s been gaining the use of his hands, but yesterday he had to go to the ER again for kidney stones. He’s had a rough month, and your prayers for his recovery would be MUCH appreciated.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

We sincerely pray for the healing of your Uncle, and that he is able to be buoyant despite all that has happened to him. May God grant him health and wellbeing, and many graces for him and all your family, Trishie

How awful! I am praying for your uncle right now! I will continue praying for him. Please keep us updated on his health. Thank you for caring so much for him!

Blessings,

Lord, for all those who face the road of recovery in the burden of illness, bestow upon them your strength and healing. May faith in you restore the poorest of health, and may your love and spirit sustain their minds, through these difficult times.

We pray also, for those who care for the ill. For doctors, nurses, carers, and other professionals who provide each practical solution with good hearts, who make our loved ones comfortable, and nurse them in their healing. We pray also for those who care, pastorally, for priests and curates and those within your church. For social workers, and friends alike, and all those who seek to enrich the lives they encounter. We pray for your strength within them, as they seek your peace for others.
