A woman in my class hadn’t shown up for over a week, and when she came back, she was obviously in no condition to be there. I guess she has a respiratory infection. Any and all prayers would be highly appreciated. I’m extremely worried for her.
 
Praying for the good health and well being of your classmate.

Lord, You invite all who are burdened to come to You. Allow your healing hand to heal us. Most loving Heart of Jesus, bring us health in body and spirit that we may serve You with all our strength.

May our Lady through her powerful intercession pray for our health and sickness
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (a woman in Thom18’s class). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into a woman in Thom18’s class’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Heavenly Father, it pains us to see someone ill and suffering. A woman in Thom18’s class is in need of our prayerful support. We pause now, and in silence, pray for this woman’s return to good health. Strengthen her and heal her respiratory distress, so she may fully participate in the enjoyment and building of Your Kingdom here on Earth. Hear our prayers as we come before You. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
 
Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies whole and free downcast spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus who healed those who believed. Amen.

I meant to post this earlier but couldn’t find the thread. Good thing the search function is working again. 😃

Thanks for your prayers, everyone! I saw her in class again last Thursday (or it may have even been Tuesday that she came back). She says she’s doing a lot better (and judging by the way she was acting before, I can tell that’s no lie).
