For a woman to find her biological siblings

Hello, there’s a woman who’s currently homeless and she is undergoing chemotherapy and doctors say she has about a year to live. She is adopted, and the adoption agency has told her she has siblings but they can’t tell her their names. Please pray that she may somehow be reunited with her family before passing, and that she will die as a faithful Catholic in a state of grace, if God chooses not to heal her physical illness. (Her biological parents are/were Catholic, but her adopted family is Protestant. She tells me she goes to confession, but I’m not sure if she actively attends Mass – didn’t want to pry too much.)

Her name is Jana.
